Artificial Antler Velvet

I Had a set of deer antlers done when the supply company first came out with it. I was very pleased with the deer antlers, so I sent out two (2) sets of caribou antlers to be done, it was down hill from there. Even though this is a large well respected company I really got the run around. They were not complete when I was told they were in fact a couple of times they told me they were shipped and in fact they really had no idea where the hell they were. I got promise after promise they would be done and shipped and never were. Finally I got one set back in a busted up ole box that had been taped together with my antlers sticking out a hole. The set was thrown in there with only some shredded up news paper. Just to let you know I had a friend give me a heavy duty box from a shipping company that I used to send out the antlers I warped the tips in bubble wrap and did all the things to protect them I wrote a note and taped it to the inside of the box and also wrote in magic marker on the inside flap to reuse the box on the return. I guess they could not read or did not care is more like it!!. I called when I only got the one set and to tell them the one I got back looked like shit and had bare spots and residue showing through and the condition of the taped together box made out of scraps peace's of cardboard. I was informed both set were shipped the same day (only to find out once again this was a lie) finally after weeks of calls I got the other set in the same type beat up box and this set was a different color and in worst shape than the first. I finally found out they subcontracted this work out to someone else and did not really have much control over the situation. So in summary I had a bad experience and will not use this company again for any future antlers. It was bad enough to have them tell me lie after lie but the end results was a bad job that cost me allot of money. SO if you are thinking of having any done think again, you have been warned.
